Nope. Every canvas comes ready to hang with a pre-installed hanging wire. No framing, no tools, no hassle — just unbox and display.

2. How long does shipping take?

Each piece is made-to-order in our U.S. fine art studio. Orders ship within 3–5 business days, and you’ll receive full tracking once it leaves the studio.

3. What if it's defected?

Every Vintelique canvas is custom-made to order, so we don’t accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.
However, if your piece arrives with any production issue or shipping damage, you’re fully protected by our 30-Day Quality Guarantee.
Just contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right — by sending a replacement or issuing store credit equal to your full purchase value. No hassle, no hidden fees.

Each Vintelique piece is professionally giclée printed in our U.S. fine art studio using eco-solvent pigment inks and Adobe RGB color calibration for precise tonal depth and color accuracy.
The artwork itself originates from digitally restored 19th–20th century botanical archives, then printed on archival poly‑cotton canvas — the same grade used in museum reproductions.
This process delivers gallery-level sharpness, texture, and longevity, with colors guaranteed to remain rich and true for over 100 years.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the U.S. — but we’re working on expanding. For now, every order ships free, fast, and fully tracked across the U.S.
